Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at marina@gratitudedriven.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Returns for size, fit, or style preferences are not accepted
  • Physical returns are not accepted - please do not ship items back to us
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • For orders shipping to Brazil: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt to report any defects

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at marina@gratitudedriven.com.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
